These terms cover your use of Gridscan and this website, provided by Jalousie Corp. By using them you agree to these terms.
App store terms
If you download Gridscan from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
Gridscan Pro
Gridscan Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase that unlocks additional features on devices signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account. Payment, refunds and billing are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and documents you use with Gridscan. They are processed on your device and we do not receive them. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you process.
No warranty
Gridscan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Please check your PDFs before relying on them for important purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jalousie Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Gridscan. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
