Common questions

How do I put several photos on one page?

Add your photos, then pick a number under "Photos per page", or choose Custom to set rows and columns. The page preview updates as you go.

I bought Pro. How do I get it on a new phone?

Open Gridscan, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. There is no extra charge.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or through Google Play order history for Android.

Where is my PDF saved?

When you tap Create PDF, your phone shows the share sheet. Choose Save to Files, Google Drive, email or any other app.

A photo won't open.

The free web app can't read iPhone HEIC photos in some browsers. Use the mobile app, or on iPhone set Settings › Camera › Formats › Most Compatible.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
